Started feeling I’ll before eve leaving the parking lot. Had the bread, lobster and shrimp bisque, surf and turf (filet and salmon) with mixed vegetables, and mashed potatoes. Had a MaiTai, water, and the s’mores dessert. Diarrhea within an hour.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ordered a burrito on March 11, 2022, with sour cream, steak, veggies, guacamole, and salsa and woke up with nausea the next day which persisted until throwing up and had diarrhea multiple times and had loss of appetite  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite

Ate a box of talalongs. Whole box of do si dos, half box tag along whole box thin mints. Ate mon. And Tuesday.got violently sick Wed. midnight into noon on Wed.
