I think it was a grilled chicken sandwich (only chicken and bread) from here, Ate the sandwich at 430 pm yesterday. Got anxious, stomach cramps, tight throat, nausea, and chills by 9 PM. I ate potato soup, chicken bacon ranch quesadillas without the bacon and spicy ranch, and part of a chocolate chip cookie skillet. I started having severe stomach pains a few minutes after eating and had 2 episodes of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Had steak, salad and chili.  Chili was the only thing no one else in our party consumed, everyone else was fine., Only one in party got sick approx 5 hrs after meal, uncontrolled diarrhea, vomiting, fell down with total weakness, blood pressure 81/49, freezing with temp of 92.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
