I ate a chicken bowl black beans white rice medium and hot salsa cheese and guacamole. I started feeling it late Friday at night and has lasted till Monday (today) I am not 100% better and I've had to miss two days of work. Ate carne asada nachos. Did not have cheese or sour cream. Had black beans instead of refried beans. Had "Diablo" salsa and regular salsa. Horribly sick the next morning.
