- comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings on paper goods and dish storage racks,on dollie underneath 3- compartment sink,on lower shelf of prep table where scale is located,on floor next to walk in freezer #2,on floor behind grease trap at 2- compartment sink,on serving line on ralings of counter cabinets,on floor behind door in dry food storage area. Lunch room-on pallet of x-ray machine,next to file cabinet at exit doors and the sign next to reach in cooler. Culinary arts room-on lower shelf of white rolling cart near desk must remove droppings,clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/19/24.
