I ordered a chicken burrito, black bean white rice, cheese sour cream, and hot salsa. 9/3/2016 purchased and consumed a carnitas burrito including pinto beans, white rice, mild salsa, lettuce and guacamole at approx 6:30pm. 2 hours later at approximately 8pm started to feel nauseous which was then followed with vommiting and diarrhea.
