We eat at 3 pm I ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp I was fine for 45 Minutes and than I could not hold it

Had a Ranch grilled chicken and Canadian bacon pizza, the sauce tastes like Alfredo sauce not ranch, the next day I had a sever headache diarrhea fatigue and dizziness.
