Every single time I eat anything from here, even if only the chips and guacamole, I get so sick right after. I ate some yesterday and I'm still in pain, feel weak, and have a big headache. Diarrhea is better thanks to Pepto-Bismol.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Other, Weakness

Two people in the group both had the "cowboy burger" cooked exactly the same with chips. Both people in the party were sick, one person became sick approximately 4 hours after consumption, the other two hours. No other food was consumed prior to dinner.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Went last night for birthday meal are 1/2 chicken peri chips & rice within half an hour of finishing the meal I felt really ill then within 2 hr I started vomiting and with Diarrhoea the symptoms lasted all night and this morning I also feel very weak  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
