Picked up a Greek salad for lunch. Within 3 hours, I had chills, fever, and projectile vomiting. It lasted til 4 am. Went to the doctor, they gave me two shots (one for nausea and the other for the migraine that was caused by dehydration from puking) and ten days of antibiotics (Cipro) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills, Migraine
