We ate dinner last night in this restaurant. After we leave around middle of the night my son started vomiting and having diarrhea me and my husband have a diarrhea. We ate this so call eat all you can japanese & chinese cusine  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Within last 48 hours, I believe food poisoning from under cooked calamari at a resort The calamari was consumed at the resort’s Japanese restaurant .
Severe vomiting/diarrhea/nausea starting 5/19. Had calamari at Inari (hibachi) night before. Getting IV fluids and zofran in urgent care now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

A South London Japanese restaurant has temporarily closed after inspectors found cockroaches near to where sushi was prepared.

The inspector found that a sheet with details about ingredients which could cause an allergic reaction was incomplete. Meanwhile staff couldn’t list the allergens in satay sauce.
