Had chicken noodle soup, southwest chicken flat, sesame kale salad, and diet coke with fresh lemon for lunch. Felt severe headache and nausea 3 hours later. I had to leave work and return home. Laid in bed for 2 hours after vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache

I ate a 5 alarm burger with a Boca patty and steamed broccoli, a lot of it, at 12:15 pm today. 4 hours later I was violently ill. The broccoli was just barely steamed, almost raw. I also had several slices of lemon in my water so it could have been contaminated lemon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Salad Bar, Cheese Steak, Water with lemon and Mocha Shake. 2.5 hrs after leaving i had to vomit and had diarrhea the rest of the night. i didn't get more than two hours of sleep and had to call off the following morning.
