Drank the fresh squeezed orange juice from the Grand Lux Cafe inside the Venetian and shortly after became violently ill. Vomiting, flu like symptoms and headaches to name a few. The health department/inspector should investigate this restaurant.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Last week I started having Pumpkin spice cheerios for breakfast.  Since than 8 days later, I’m having diarrhea after each meal.   I just realized that my stools have an orange color.   I don’t eat carrots very often.  As I reached for the cereal today, I has an Ah Ha moment.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Manager discarded approximately 18lbs at $85 worth of product. Must have cold holding foods at 41. 0f or below. Priority 7-38-005, citation issued

The following areas were observed with mice droppings: on the floors near the orange carbon dioxide tanks near the 1 compartment sink in the dishwashing area, under and on the sides of the floors where the metal shelving units and food prep table in the rear hallway near the dishwashing area, in the cabinet under the handwahsing sink in the front food prep area, in the lower cabinets under the register and the front hot and cold holding units behind boxes. The following areas were observed with mice droppings on the floors: under the three compartment sink in the main food prep area surrounding the dishwashing chemicals, in the rear food storage area behind the boxes of vegetable oil. On the floors in the prep area in the basement in the following areas: near the pipes above the grease trap next to the three compartment sink, in the corner near the metal shelving unit across from the dry ingredient containers, in the mop sink closet, on the side of the walk-in cooler, under the black shelving units across from the walk-in freezer, surrounding the equipment in the office, in the alcohol storage closet, surrounding the orange bins stored against the wall near the stairs leading upstairs to the bar. Instructed to eliminate evidence of pest activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), citation issued

O Frado at the Time Out market. Had vegetable salad and duck rice. Started feeling nausea after a hour then had non-stop diarrhea for an hour, eventually started counting and throwing up bunch of duck meat and orange peel (an ingredient in the dish).
