I had orange chicken and rice. Took a small portion home and refrigerated it and reheated it a couple hours later. Didn’t get nausea til 2 hours later and then pure liquid diarrhea with vomiting at the same time stomach cramps, sweats, chills, fever. I still have a fever 24 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I ordered orange chicken, chow mien and fried rice for lunch on August 14, 2025. My sister, her daughter and I all experienced violent vomiting and diarrhea less then 24 hours after consumption.
