Monday, May 8th 2022 at 1pm, ate a poke bowl with scallops, shrimp, ahi tuna, avocado, white rice, spicy mayo, poke sauce, fried onions, sesame seeds, seaweed salad. 4/9/22, Restaurant did not communicate allergy to scallops with the kitchen staff. My fish was cooked alongside scallops  Reaction occurred within an hour. Vomited for 5 hours. April 1st, Pretty sure it was from a battered seafood my dad ate. At first the symptoms were classic food poisoning however he is still sick but without a fever, we think he might have a parasite from this restaurant.
