I ordered a grilled chicken salad, rice, black beans, everything on it. A couple of the pieces of lettuce looked sketchy but I didn't eat them. I had one bite of my son's tortilla soup, but he didn't get sick. I'm thinking it was probably the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a cheese quesadilla and my friend ordered a triple double crunch wrap on 3-10-17 at 8:00 pm. I went to work this morning 3-11-17 and starting feeling violently ill. My friend is also feeling ill and vomiting. The only common denominator we feel caused this is the flour tortilla.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I got sick Tuesday from the Chicken Tortilla Soup or Muchaco or Taco I had there. Today is Friday I am still having diarrhea and gas but no more vomitting.
