June 6th. Ordered the bowl with white rice, chicken, romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa and red salsa. Also got a small cup of queso. About 2 hours after eating, nausea set in for about 2 hours and then began violently vomiting. Been nauseous ever since.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken rice bowl at 11:15 this morning. While I was eating I started not to feel well and wrote it off. Ten minutes later I was unable to walk and grabbed an Uber to bring me 3 blocks to my dorm room. I then preceded to have all of the symptoms of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the chicken with beans, corn, lettuce, cream etc. Meal consumed at 12 noon, abdominal pain rated at 8/10 with diarrhea lasting for 10 hours, digestion has been made very difficult. I literally felt like a dryer tumbling bricks inside.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Am a nurse so went June 4th got burrito bowl with just fajita veggies double chicken lettuce the spicy salsa and lettuce later that day started getting really bad cramps and diarrhea and was running fever of 101. Bought two bowls and a burrito. One of the bowls was steak and the other 2 plates where chicken. My two kids and I got sick a few hours after eating.
