Ate at 2:30pm Sunday, had a Barbaco burrito, within 45 minutes I started having low back pain. Stomach cramps low back pain and spasms, feels painful in my kidneys worse if I eat or drink anything  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea

I ordered a burrito bowl on 3/4 white rice, black beans, soy fritas, sour cream, mild salsa and lettuce. Shortly after I experienced stomach pains and Diarrhea. I haven't eaten anything prior and was feeling in good health prior to eating chipotle for dinner.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
