Ate take out for dinner. Later that night woke up with excruciating stomach pain, on going stomach cramps and diarrhea. Vomited once at night. I ate on June 8 at chipotle during lunch time. I had ordered a bowl half chicken and half steak. After couple hours I started noticing my throat was getting dry. Later tonight I started having a fever. Don't know if I will go back to chipotle after this.  | Symptoms: Fever
