I got a bowl of shredded beef and then didn't eat the whole thing because it really didn't taste that good. 3 hours later I was vomiting weak and had a fever. I had the stomach flu and couldn't keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
