My husband and i went for lunch. Sept 9 2019 about 1pm. I began vomiting about 9:30 pm. My husband began his bout about 1am. I had soup and salad. He had a chicken ,pork and brisket dinner. I was still having diarrhea through last night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

May27,2019 ate chicken nachos got sick indigestion & next day fever nausea headache sore throat had to go to ER get IV fluids Doc said viral infection, Only I had the chicken nachos the other two people had baby back ribs & tomato soup & salad they didn’t get sick. Ate Chicken tenders and cole slaw. Headache, nausea and diarrhea. Ate around 315pm after waiting about 45mins for my food and by 530am all symptoms were present. Made complaint to manager about food not tasting right and was still expected to pay.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
