Haven't eaten much in the morning. Just had some bread and water. Passed by here for a quick bite around Noon. Ordered Teriyaki Chicken sandwiches for the entire family. Mine was the only one with spinach and I was the only one affected.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered a veggie sub with tomato, lettuce, cheese, Mayo, spinach, bell peppers and banana peppers. I ordered it on my lunch break at work and about 30 min after I ate it I started feeling light headed, nauseous and vomited.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded

Went to this location and got a foot long cold cut on Italian herb and cheese, with extra shredded cheese, lettuce, onions, peppers, extra mayo and a tiny bit of pepper. About 20 minutes after I ate it, it wasn’t sitting right. But then felt really tired… See more
