10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing sign at hand washing sink in washroom and rear prep area. Instructed manager to provide.

21. Proper hot holding temperatures
- comments: observed cooked ribs 74. 1f and turkey tips 103. 2f-105. 8f stored at improper temperature in hot holding unit. Instructed manager to discard approximtely 100lbs and $200 of product. All hot tcs food must maintain 135f or above during storage, preparation, display and service. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 30 mice droppings scattered along walls and corners in furnace room, 20 mice droppings scattered on shelving unit on floor tiles, 20 mice droppings scattered inside cabinet under hand washing sink in washroom, 20 mice droppings scattered on floor in northwest corner near reach-in cooler, 10 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners near soda dispenser unit in front storage area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed residue on interior surfaces of ice machine. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed leak under beverage machine. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed debris on floors under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep, utility, and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
