Good day, on 11/13/2019 I have stopped t get some food.
All over the store they have notices NO REFUNDS if problems call the number (that is also on the receipt) - that was a red flag that I should have followed and I didn’t, even on the receipt (I have attached it to this email) says no refunds.
I have waited over 20 mins to ger only 2 soft tacos, I ate them at home after a day of work and felt like my stomach is digesting knives, I had the worst diarrhea and vomiting. I called next morning which is today the number on the receipt and all over the store to report the problem, a very rude man said not to call and cursed at me. I googled the shop and a lady answered after me asking for a manager she hung up on me. I called again the shop and another lady answered I asked for a manager she said she is the manager, I asked her name she REFUSED to provide her name – I explained what happened in English and also in Spanish (as I speak both languages) she said she does not believe me as it did not happen to anyone else and she wants a doctor’s notice- I asked for her name to address the problem , she declined to give me her name in a very rude manner saying she does not care if I call authorities on her.
I STRONGLY ASK FOR YOUR HELP AS THIS IS A MATTE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IN THE 21ST CENTURY – I CAN NOT BELIEVE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS EXISTS, I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND I WANTED HER HELP IN LISTENING AND ADDRESSING THE MEAT OF OTHER PRODUCTS THEY HAVE THAT MIGHT CAUSE A BIG PROBLEM TO OTHERS LIKE IT DID TO ME.
AS A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN I AM REQUESTING AN URGENT INSPECTION OF THE STORE | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
