吃了西南沙拉和烤掘金（我是 KETING）。除了早餐吃鸡蛋，培根和鳄梨之外，这是我那天唯一吃的东西，所以一定是罪魁祸首。症状始于半夜。第二天整天都在呕吐、腹泻、剧烈的身体疼痛和可怕的头痛中度过。第二天几乎完全恢复了。

订购了墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、法吉塔蔬菜、牛排、番茄、玉米、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。

半夜醒来，有呕吐的冲动令人恶心。即使使用空间加热器和多条毯子，也感觉虚弱并且发冷。大约三个小时后呕吐后感觉好多了。24 小时后，只是出现水样腹泻和食欲不振。浪费了我整个星期六睡在床上。

I got a burrito bowl Tuesday night with white rice, black beans, fajitas and chicken. As well as chips and guac. I woke up Wednesday morning and my stomach was in a huge knot. I had had yellow diarrhea all day long and couldn't eat anything. Super nauseous all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
