我订购了一杯含有 Splenda 和无糖糖浆的大咖啡。我在咖啡里也有一些面霜。还有一个香肠饼干。我也从其他麦当劳那里订购了同样的东西。但是，当我几个小时后拿到这杯咖啡时，我的胃痛真的很糟糕。除了那顿饭我什么都没吃！当我喝完咖啡时，我的胃有点激动，但我一个人呆着。但是当我上班的时候我几乎无法走路！我正在尝试呕吐，但好像我的胃一直在受伤更多。我服用了一些泻药，但它并没有真正解决任何问题。我想我可能得去看医生。我不会再回那里了！

I ate a steak burrito bowl with, white rice lettuce cheese sour cream and mild sauce i ate around 230ish and startes feeling sick around 5 pm have been throwing up for over 12 hours and diarrhea set in after about 8 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
