2017 年 4 月 21 日，我点了一个鸡肉卷饼作为午餐。几个小时后，我开始大量呕吐，直到所有内容物都被驱逐出去。午餐时，我记得去掉了几块看起来像粉红色的鸡肉，但让自己确信变色一定是由于辣酱而不是未煮熟的肉造成的。我在和朋友聊天时吃了剩下的墨西哥卷饼，却没有更多地考虑食物。根据我的朋友的说法，我在午餐时（在我说话的时候）取出了很多鸡肉，这告诉我它确实有问题，即使我现在太分心而无法做出明确的决定。

Ate 3 slices of cheese hand tossed pizza. Went to sleep about an hour after. Woke up around 5:00AM with severe heartburn and vomiting. Symptoms are still persisting. It doesn't appear that the pizza was cooked throughly. The remaining pizzas seem doughy.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃灼热
