Garlic fries Purchased garlic fries at 2:15 PM and was nauseous within the hour. The vomiting started about 3 hours after eating. So violently that I am vomiting blood as well. It was the only thing I ate since the day before and was right after eating them so i do believe it was from that.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate 10/22/19 I had the bread, Caesar salad and french onion soup. Before heading to bed my stomach was growling and in some pain. Later on during the night I woke up in a complete sweat, stomach cramps, severe nausea and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 出汗

Ate lunch there on 4/8/19 around 2pm boyfriend had mashed potatoes and short ribs. Everyone else had salad, Mac and cheese, steak or burgers, everyone shared everything except the mashed potatoes. 下午 3 点左右我和男朋友吃了晚午饭。我把月亮放在我的哈米三明治上，还有炸薯条，他还有加利福尼亚俱乐部（我认为这就是所谓的）。我们用餐的唯一共同点是奶酪、番茄（我在三明治中加了番茄）火腿和薯条。大约 5-6 小时后，我开始出现痛苦的胃痉挛。在接下来的一两个小时内，我进出了洗手间，最后也呕吐了。我的男朋友抱怨我们吃完饭后不久就腹胀疼痛，大约 8 小时后，浴室里也开始出现问题。我们所能想到的是我们从丹尼斯那里得到了某种食物中毒。
