I ate sandwich but saved salad in fridge until I ate it on Friday which led to severe (hourly) diarrhea from day after I ate salad (Saturday) to today with overnight hospitalization Sunday. 星期六早上 4 点我在绿化带路的 IHOP 用餐。我的饭包括鸡蛋、哈希褐色、培根和煎饼。我离开时感觉很好，但是在同一个星期六晚上 8 点，我开始感到恶心。我整天唯一吃的东西是我为自己和家人煮的自制香肠和华夫饼。现在是星期二早上，我还在呕吐，甚至无法压住水。我减轻了很多体重，感觉虚弱。IHOP 是我在那里吃饭的唯一会给我这种食物中毒的地方。

I thought i was on my death bed! I had a chicken salad bowl: lettuce, black beans, chicken, fajitas, tomatoes, corn, red and green salsa and sour cream. I've had this same type of bowl several times before from different locations and never got sick. Never ever again will I buy from chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

2016 年 5 月 17 日凌晨说 9 点左右我买了吃了地铁早餐软扁面包、火腿、鸡蛋、生菜、甜洋葱红烧。吃完 10 到 15 分钟后开始感觉胃痛、恶心、头晕、发烧，所以不得不扔掉剩下的 d 三明治。喝了大量的水无济于事，所以跑出去买了 pepo bismol，这样我就可以坚持下去直到工作结束。但是回家后又服用了一剂 pepo bismol 来缓解疼痛。第二天凌晨 3 点 30 分 crios 胃部不适 n 腹泻。恶心也会回来。为了这个我可能需要去紧急情况。将提供以后活动的最新信息

2016 年 2 月 13 日下午 2 点左右，我吃了一英尺长的牛排和奶酪。完成后我像往常一样吃饱了，等到我在路上把它弄出来。当我回到家时，我仍然感觉很饱，有去洗手间的冲动，我得了腹泻。后来，随着时间的流逝，我发烧了，感觉虚弱。现在已经是同一天 10:33 了但我仍然有相同的症状
