2020 年 11 月 6 日 @ 7:43 晚上我订购了一个辛辣鸡肉三明治组合，加上小薯条和小桃子柠檬水。我在开车，只吃了一半的三明治，在感觉不适之前喝了几杯饮料。大约一小时后我开始呕吐，接下来的 3 天内有腹泻。我没有机会整天吃饭，所以这是我系统中唯一的东西。

I got the three cheese chicken nachos with black beans, brown rice, roasted chile corn, guac, and sour cream. I ate it around 7 pm tonight (6/24) and was sick an hour later. It's 6 hours later, and I'm still sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
