我和儿子在圣路易斯参加圣路易斯大学的活动。2018 年 6 月 29 日晚上 9 点 30 分，我们分享了一顿儿童餐，包括鸡肉、斑豆、奶酪，我儿子喝了苏打水。那天晚上 11 点至 11 点 30 分他呕吐，醒来时虚弱、恶心、苍白和疲倦。我有腹泻和恶心。星期六早上 9 点，他的大便流血了，有医生看过。凌晨 1 点，他第二次大便流血并发烧，被送往急诊室。他被迷上了静脉注射，抽取了粪便样本并进行了血液检查。他们也检查了我。他用药得到改善，将他与静脉注射器断开连接并释放了他。在离开医院之前，他又有一轮腹泻。在药房里，他有四次腹泻，我们回家联系了他的医生。我们不断给他注入液体，并监视他，因为他整晚和整晚都有持续的大便流血。整个晚上我们多次与他的医生联系。到了早上，他对医生开的抗生素、恶心药和肠道保健品有所反应，情况有所改善。他的发烧仍然存在，但他的排便减少了，他能够进食一点。到周一早上，他已经好转了很多，发烧终于消失了，恢复了一些正常感。Chipolte 反应良好，反应也非常迅速。

Literally get food poisoning every time I go in the last year and a half. Decided to try again yesterday because maybe it was just coincidental? It wasn't. Got a power burrito sub avocado ranch for guac, I'm feeling sick as ever today yet again.

Chicken wings and fries - I ate the chicken wings and I started to get stomach aches to I took a shower, I got out and dried off and my stomach ache would not go away so I got on the toilet and I have diarrhea and I am vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ate there with some friends, only thing I had eaten that day, got some garlic parm wings within about 30min I was throwing up and crapping, still am 10 hours later, gonna give it a 3 star, food was good aftermath is awful.

Dark meat original chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and corn. Didn't even make it home and horrific #2 accident all over me and the seat of my car. I'm NEVER going back and will call health department tomorrow.  | 症状: 腹泻
