I ate a veggie patty sandwich around 3pm on Saturday September 1st. I ate 6 inches of a 12 inch sub and should have realized when they didn't need to microwave my veggie patty because they keep them in the fridge and not the freezer at this… 更多

Ate a salad with carnitas, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole at approximately 1 pm April 19. Diarrhea and vomiting started about 12 hours later and then nausea, and fever set in. I had had nothing else to eat between when I ate here and became ill so it is definitely Chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I am very nauseas and have vomitin since 7am this morning. I had a steak bowl w sour cream, mild and medium salsa, cheese, and quac last night at 8:30 pm. I have been throwing up all day and have felt very nauseas. I can barely even move. Never going to chipotle again ever!  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ate from the salad bar and a chicken salad wrap from refrigerated section. Was sick within an hour and it lasted nearly 3 weeks! I was unable to keep food in me for more than 15 minutes and lost close to 10lbs. Pretty sure it was the chicken salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
