At the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich Sunday morning, October 5th. Remember the chicken looking really strange but ate the melt anyways. Started feeling sick later than night. 17 年 2 月 11 日晚上 7 点左右。我吃了本来应该是 2 pc 的辣白加薯条餐。这不是辣的，我订购的商品也没有收到饼干。大约 90 分钟后，我感到恶心和头晕。太晕了我跌倒了几次。我把所有吃的东西都呕吐了然后得了腹泻。头晕是如此强烈，以至于我闭着眼睛，房间还在旋转。
