7 点 45 分吃了，我寄回的土豆泥是因为它们不热，有新的热的，我寄回的排骨是因为它们被烧掉了。新的还可以。只吃了一半的排骨和马铃薯。有沙拉开始吃饭。味道还可以。11:30 左右我胃部不适，恶心，呕吐，因为疼痛而无法入睡。大部分时间都起来。整天都生病了。周日早上胃仍然不适，非常虚弱和不稳定。没有医生访问

This is the second time this month I've eaten a Chipotle burrito bowl and been sick the next day with stomach cramps and diarrhea. I get brown rice, chicken, fajita vegetables, chicken, corn salsa, black beans, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and chips.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

At around 2pm me and my boyfriend went to taco bell and we both ordered the new triple double crunchwrap. Few hours later we both were very nauseous. I vomitted multiple times but he was just nauseous luckily. I am so disappointed and will not be eating there again.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐
