2017年8月10日星期四下午12点18分，我在寿司区购买了夏威夷寿司卷和豆腐味噌汤杯。我在下午 12 点 45 分左右吃了整个夏威夷卷，只喝了几口味噌汤。这就是我昨天吃的全部。然后我下班后和朋友出去喝了几杯和一些开胃菜。我的饮酒量很少，也不是与众不同；我的晚餐是和我们的 10 人小组共享的，他们都没有出现任何症状。大约午夜时分，大约每半小时我就开始经历腹泻、呕吐、恶心、胃痉挛和疲劳。经过一夜不眠之后，我仍然感到疲劳、脱水，吃了最少量的食物/水/姜汁汽水后出现胃痉挛。

My boyfriend had a chicken burrito around 6:00pm and woke up around 1:00am with extreme vomiting and diarrhea. He has gotten sick 4 times during the night. I had a chicken bowl with pretty much all of the toppings and have an upset stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
