订购了香草和奶酪的辛辣意大利脚，配以生菜、甜椒、香蕉辣椒、甜洋葱酱、油盐和胡椒粉。下午 2 点吃了一半，然后在下午 4 点 30 分/5 点吃了另一个。抽筋从下午 6 点 30 分开始，一直恶化到 8 点我终于能够去洗手间。令人难以置信的抽筋、腹泻和大量出汗。现在是晚上 9 点 40 分了，尽管还不错，但还在抽筋。
