On Thursday, 1/23/20, I had a bowl of clam chowder soup with the pumpernickel bread for lunch around 12:00 noon. By around 6:30 pm that evening I started having severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. The symptoms lasted through the night and finally subsided by about 9:00 p.m. the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

I ate mac and cheese (plain) and a turkey sandwich on cranberry walnut bread, cheddar cheese and mayo with a side of chips and papaya lemonade.

I got sick yesterday Jan 111th we went there and ordered a Beyond Meat hamburger, Did not it the bread, only the meat with ketchup. about 3 hours later felt nauseous and vomited my gut . Only drank tea after it till this morning! Still nauseous ..... :(:(  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
