I had a turkey and bacon sandwich in wheat bread at around 12:15am. I had eaten half the sandwich and when I got home at around 12:45 I began vomiting uncontrollably all through the night into the next day.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

The product is Seedtastic bread, 27 oz loaf. At first didn't notice any odor. Second day however, it smelled earthy - like mold. Wife continued to eat it until Wed, 14 Nov - became distressed and is still violently ill today.

Had the mediterranean tuna flat bread and within two hours was projectile vomiting everywhere and as a result have been unable to eat through the weekend. Am a loyal Pret Customer and eat this sandwich regularly so this experience was shocking  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我只在沙拉吧吃饭。我特别吃了带蛋黄酱的仿蟹沙拉。我还在沙拉吧里吃了生菜和菠菜和许多新鲜蔬菜，还有煮鸡蛋和蓝纹奶酪酱。我还有葡萄干面包和冰镇馅料。我于 2002 年 11 月 10 日星期六下午 12 点至 13 点之间在兰开斯特的米勒斯吃了东西。到了 330 点，我头疼得很厉害，开始感觉不舒服，因为我变得非常疲倦和虚弱。我醒来时发现极度腹泻，头痛不好，lathargic 和呕吐。很快就变得严重脱水了。到了下午我需要静脉注射液，我发烧了 101.6。
