今天是 3 月 3 日下午 5 点 40 分左右。我吃了瑞典肉丸和酱薯条和肉汁，还有意大利调味料汤，大蒜面包和菠菜面包。之后我的肚子感觉臃肿了。我回家了，胃里有很多气体和疼痛。有 diahrea 和寒战了。

On Friday February 26, 2016 I walked in to subway and the ladies who worked come out, I ordered a veggie max patty 6inch on flat bread. I got home ate and about 4 hours I was so sick. I'm still sick it's been 4 days!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

on Feb 19th at 230 p.m both me and my mom had tun on flat-bread with veggies. I added spinach, bell peppers and light mayo. These three items being the only differences in our sandwiches. By 4 p.m i was vomiting with a 101 fever and diarrhea about 30 minutes later. still very ill on 2-22-16  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Had a turkey and roast beef on white italian bread with lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, pickles and mayo. Ate half of my sandwich around 3p and then the other half around 5p. Got home after work about 730p and started vomitting for the rest of the night. That was the only full meal I had that day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Saturday evening around 7:45pm me and my boyfriend ordered Dominoes pizza. We ordered a large chicken and bacon pizza with garlic bread and cookies. The pizza arrived around 8:10pm very quick service for a Saturday night?? The pizza looked fine and tasted fine. Sunday all ok however… 更多
