16 年 7 月 14 日星期四 @ 7:00 ish-窒息了鸡肉卷饼-工作人员的服务很棒，所以那里没什么抱怨-我吃完了，付了现金，走出去开车然后撞到了我。我出汗严重，胃痉挛比分娩痛还要严重。我上了车（我一个人）然后开车去了辣椒后面的停车场，打开了空调，试图降低体温。我从流汗变成了寒冷发抖。我想做的就是回家。我开车的时候疼痛不那么严重，当疼痛变得难以忍受的时候我就开进了停车场。15 分钟的车程花了我一个多小时，但我正好赶上了爆炸性腹泻回家。疼痛和腹泻持续了 36 个小时。我会吸冰片，在那 36 个小时里喝了一口 Powerade，这会导致爆炸性腹泻，到目前为止基本上是鲜红色的血液。星期六凌晨我吃了一小碗有机自制骨汤汤。已经过了几个小时，我有一些疼痛可以通过在胎儿的位置卷曲来解决，但是骨汤还在我体内，所以也许我的消化过程正在慢慢重启？

我吃了卷饼碗里有白米饭、黑豆、鸡肉、生菜、奶酪和 pico。（我女儿吃了白米饭和豆类，但没生病。）我在下午 4 点 30 分吃了然后因恶心醒来，早上 7 点开始出现爆炸性的水样腹泻，到中午开始呕吐。我丈夫是一名医生，开了 zofran 治疗不起作用的恶心，然后我尝试了 phenergan。这最有帮助，但是当它消失时我还会呕吐并且有腹泻。恶心地继续整夜醒来。我交替发冷和炎热但从未发烧。在第二天，仍然不得不使用 phenergan 治疗恶心，然后开始使用 Immodium AD 来帮助阻止腹泻，腹泻只会减慢腹泻的速度而不是阻止腹泻。直到第二天我才能保持任何东西，我已经能够保持一些液体和一点鸡汤。丈夫没有诊断出我患有食物中毒但确实考虑过是病毒

I got that sub with french dip. The dip tasted like over salted ramen noodle broth. The next morning I woke up at 4am vomiting what looked like the color of arbys fries. I haven't vomited from them before so it had to be the sandwich or dip.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

美味的食物，喜欢这个地方，但是这次吃鸡肉加大蒜但测试不对，买下我们走回家的时间，生病了把我们吃的所有美味食物都吐出来，卧床睡了 36 个小时只能吃鸡汤和饮食 7up，，，两天后还有腹泻偶尔会有恶心，发烧只持续 12 个小时，但是第一次呕吐后系统有了很大的改善。

Ate the steak and arugula sandwich and the broth bowl with chicken dumplings around 7 pm on Saturday night. Woke up nauseous on Sunday and vomiting started around 10. Been unable to keep anything down and it's now Monday pm. Fever broke this afternoon finally.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

晚上 9 点左右去吃点东西吃了鸡翅薯条 huspuppies 和凉拌卷心菜吃完了一部分乳房大约 10 点半左右醒来我感到鼻息和头晕开始呕吐然后腹部抽筋腹部抽筋，什么也没能压住整天躺在床上没有任何东西胃痉挛或 diearra 服用了一些 idmoduim 用于 diearra 呕吐停止进食如果鸡汤果冻胃仍然不对还有发冷。
