I had a chicken burrito with brown rice and white rice, peppers, sour cream, mild, hot, and spicy sauce, lettuce, tomato and corn and maybe after 5 hours of consuming it on the 15th, I had diarrhea multiple days that day and on the 16th as well. I got a burrito bowl on wednesday aug 14 with chicken, white rice, lettuce, roasted corn and sour cream. I started eating it around 1ish. 我订购并在 8 月 11 日星期日晚上 11 点左右吃了食物-上午 12 点。
我订购了：
1.豆卷饼与以下成分：温暖的黑豆，墨西哥大米，全麦玉米饼，德斯墨西哥奶酪，生菜，西红柿，葱，甜椒，香菜，玉米，薄荷鱼莎莎，酸奶油，鳄梨酱。
2.奶酪玉米片与以下成分：温暖的黑豆，豆，西红柿，葱，甜椒，香菜，玉米，鳄梨酱，酸奶油。
我吃饭后 12 小时左右就开始了症状。我的症状包括呕吐、腹泻、发烧、身体无力，以及无法吃任何食物。在饭后 24 小时内，症状仍然持续。

My daughter and I were there yesterday afternoon and I had a bean and ground beef burrito and a margarita and she had rice platter and some kind of other entree with it not sure oh I remember she said it had steak in it. We were both up all night with terrible terrible diarrhea!  | 症状: 腹泻

第一次得了胃流感，直到今天我才有过问题，我一如既往地吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，但唯一的区别是我吃了薯条和鳄梨调味酱，在我感觉到胃痉挛然后腹泻和头痛之后现在躺在床上颤抖 30 分钟后我通常不会吃
