Monday, May 20, 11:50 a.m.: they served me a double-chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, cream cheese, grated cheese, corn and salsa. Three hours later I regurgitated dramatically; could keep no food or water down for 24 hours. Several days of diarrhea followed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak and chicken, tomato salsa, corn, sour cream and queso. About 7 hours after eating I started feeling nauseous and then vomited it all up. This was the only thing I ate so I know it was from this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Around 130 yesterday I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich frozen lemonade and a ice cream cone around 530 On the way going home I violently got ill, I ended up getting violently ill with diarrhea at first and then throwing up all night every hour on the hour. 5 月 26 日星期日下午 1 点左右，我得到了一个肉饼卷饼，里面有糙米、黑豆、辣酱、生菜、奶酪、酸奶油和墨西哥胡椒。那天晚上 7 点左右，我开始感到胃壁周围极度疼痛。到了午夜，我因身体疼痛、冷热潮和腹泻而猛烈地呕吐。现在是第二天下午 5 点 45 分。呕吐已经停止了，但是除了水之外我什么都不能压低。我仍然有极度的身体疼痛、潮热和胃痛。再加上所有这些，我的身体感觉非常沉重，看不见尽头。

我订购了一个碗，里面装有米饭、鸡肉、温和的酱汁、酸奶油、黑豆、奶酪、玉米、guac 和生菜。那是 19 年 5 月 25 日晚上 9 点左右。起初感觉很生气... 然后在晚上 11 点之间
午夜时分，我感到非常恶心，肚子疼，觉得我必须既要呕吐又要排便。我一直在呕吐并排便直到今天早上 2 点左右。我的手感觉很冷，我只是感觉不舒服。扔了和我的墨西哥辣椒碗差不多相同的数量之后...我感觉好多了一点，强迫自己在腹部用热敷睡觉。那真是太可怕了。
