3 月 23 日，星期五，晚上 7:30。
订购了墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、法吉塔蔬菜、牛排、番茄、玉米、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。

半夜醒来，有呕吐的冲动令人恶心。即使使用空间加热器和多条毯子，也感觉虚弱并且发冷。大约三个小时后呕吐后感觉好多了。24 小时后，只是出现水样腹泻和食欲不振。浪费了我整个星期六睡在床上。
