我吃了一个墨西哥胡椒汉堡和 mcnuggets。几个小时后，我有些消化不良，但我以为那只是因为吃油腻的食物。到第二天早上，我还有轻微的恶心。我拿了一些 Pep去。没有食物是开胃的。那天晚上，我的恶心变得更加严重，我因严重发烧而下来。我整夜都发烧和胃痉挛，无法保持水分。第二天是恶心、腹胀、抽筋、腹泻和脱水。

I ate 1 slice of bacon jalapeno pizza from an extra large pizza from dominos and a couple slices of spinach and artichoke cheesey bread with the garlic sauce and like 2 rolling rock beers, passed out for around 6 hours and woke up nauseous and am having diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had two appetizers that share the same sauce (which was on the products and in a side cup) - bacon jalapeno poppers and the Jack Daniels Chicken strips. Within 8 hours suffered from vomiting and diarrhea. Symptoms began after 1 am and lasted over 7 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
