I visitedc donald Saturday evening with my two young children. They consumed chicken nuggets, fries and apple juice. Ate breakfast Tuesday, 3/28/17 at 7:45am consisting of one biscuit, one sausage patty, and one egg. Also had one cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice. Symptoms started at 9pm the same day and include nausea amd vomiting with severe, prolonged diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃过早餐。我吃了鸡蛋培根、煎饼和苹果汁，然后我全都输了，我发烧了包括腹泻、发烧、发冷和腹痛。我在 3 月 3 日星期五早上 6 点吃了早餐 —— 在吃完饭前 12 小时内，我开始感到剧烈的腹痛。我去急诊时被诊断出来，因为疼痛越来越严重。医生说，这可能是沙门氏菌，也可能是食源性中毒。

Bought a quarterpounder at McD in Willcox/AZ. Took first bite and the patty was raw. 2 hours later I started throwing up and got diarrhea at the same time. Put patty on a plate and a lot of bloody juice came out-gross. I might have to see a doctor tomorrow and feel miserable  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
