Boyfriend and I ate the exact same meal, with the exception of he orders a hard shell taco no lettuce, and I ate a soft taco supreme, half an hour to an hour later I can barely move I hurt so bad, nauseas to the point I want nothing to eat or drink, horrible headache.  | 症状: 恶心, 其他, 头痛

我在 12 月 26 日吃了辛辣的意大利菜。我把它涂成白色，里面有生菜番茄和黑橄榄。淡蛋黄酱和辣芥末酱。下午 4 点左右，我开始感到虚弱和恶心。接下来是偏头痛，然后是身体疼痛、呕吐、腹泻、严重的胃痛和抽筋。我觉得自己被公共汽车撞了。我已经有 24 小时没能放下任何食物或液体了，也没有放松的迹象。我去看了医生，流感检测呈阴性。医生做了血液检查，然后检查了食物中毒。那是我那天唯一尝试吃的东西。我记得我问过我妈妈她下订单是否正确，因为以为他们把 Vinaigrette 放在上面味道 “黏糊糊”。

我吃了然后得到了一个墨西哥披萨和两个炸玉米饼的组合。味道不好而且还有生菜。我认为墨西哥披萨饼壳也旧了。我已经有 2 天了可怕的气体、紫色和腹泻。这是我有史以来最严重的疾病。我认为这很严重，但幸运的是我的免疫系统很好。

I had on 12/20/2019. I had a cheeseburger and fries. I’m pretty sure it was the lettuce that did it. I ate around 1 pm and started feeling symptoms at 545. I was nauseous then started vomiting and diarrhea for the next six hours. I wasn’t able to sleep all night but the symptoms stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Not sure  I got a veggie sub at around 5 to 6pm on 12-21-19 (12” herb and cheese and lettuce, onion, olives, jalapeños, mayo, creamy siricha). 20 mins after eating it my stomach felt bloated and hurt. Then I woke up at 2 am and puked my guts out.   | 症状: 呕吐, 其他, 腹胀
