因为我必须做巴里姆吞咽，所以已经有 12 个小时没有食物了。我的约会完成后，我在多伦多综合医院的蒂姆·霍顿医院停了下来。有 2 杯带奶油的小咖啡，一个苹果油条和麸皮松饼都要去了。我和丈夫开始生病大约一个小时后。这种不适的感觉被高烧、恶心和胃痉挛所带来的超级恶心。自从几年前我有沙门氏菌中毒以来，我立刻意识到了症状。我丈夫也陷入了同样的困境。由于我们之前没有食用任何东西（最后一顿饭是前一天晚上 9 点半，包括 2 个桃子和一个减肥可乐），所以我绝对确定我们在蒂姆那里得到了被污染的东西。请检查他们如何煮咖啡以及正在使用什么奶油，这样其他人就不会像我们目前那样遭受痛苦。我们唯一分享的是麸皮松饼。我把一半给了我丈夫，因为它太甜了。他一个人吃了苹果油条。

At 10:30am I ate a plain croissant bought at Croissant Time, filled at home with spanish ham (still unopened) bought at Whole Foods, than a Flax4Life chocolate muffin. At 2:00 I've started feeling sick. Bad stomach and head ache. Nausea, faintness and at 4:30 diarrea. At 7:00pm I'm still very sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

这是我第一次尝试消防站潜艇。位置看起来很干净，工作人员也很友好。我订购了土耳其培根牧场三明治（没有奶酪或洋葱）作为外卖。在吃了潜水艇的 15-20 分钟内，我的肚子就转过来了。我有一个不舒服的 BM。我的胃仍然相当不适（恶心，消化不良，肚子咯咯），总的来说我感觉像胡扯（头晕，发烧，虽然还没有发烧）。几个小时前我只有一个松饼吃早餐，所以我毫不怀疑那个潜艇是 clluprit。

I ordered a breakfast sandwich at McDonald’s. (Ham, Egg, and, Cheese English muffin) and a hash brown. Within 20 min of eating this I started to feel very nauseous. Within the hour I was throwing up.
