2 hours after eating egg mc muffin, iced coffee with liquid sugar and extra cream I had severe abdominal pain, explosive watery diarrhea and nausea & vomiting. Diarrhea lasted for 24 hours but was so sick all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a sausage egg and cheese English muffin breakfast sandwich around 03:30am. I woke up out a dead sleep around 9am violently ill with food poisoning. I had to take the day off of work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

i brought a double sausage and egg muffin from totton an hour after id eaten it i was vomiting for around an hour untill it was all out, then the diarrhea started for 5 days, whent to the doctors and now im taken ciprofloxacin for 5 days. Thanks for this McDonalds  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 2018 年 3 月 22 日 10 点 23 分左右去了 Dunkin Donuts。我在英式松饼上订购了火鸡香肠、鸡蛋和奶酪早餐三明治。大约 10 分钟后，当我到达目的地时，我就变成了三明治。大约 2 小时后，我开始大量出汗，全身都发冷。我的胃开始受伤得太厉害了，以至于感觉好像有人在刺我肚子中央。大约 6 小时后我得了腹泻。我感觉太可怕了，我非常痛苦。
