I had the 4 count chicken mini with honey mustard and the chicken was not cooked good enough and the meat was not white inside the chicken. And the bread was over cooked and burnt. I got this for breakfast around 7:30ish.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

3月17日星期五4点半，我吃了一个素食三明治。蜂蜜小麦面包、奶酪、蛋黄酱、芥末、生菜、甜椒、番茄、香蕉胡椒和盐胡椒油和醋。我还有燕麦葡萄干、白巧克力澳洲坚果和巧克力曲奇。吃完之后我就开始感到有点恶心。我在 6:30 左右出现腹泻和抽筋，第一次在晚上 7 点呕吐。我整晚又呕吐了 3 次，第二天早上我没事。我没有身体疼痛或发烧。

My husband ate an oven roasted chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato cucumber and pepper jack cheese and honey mustard. I also ate with him but I got a salad. The only thing different he had was the chicken tomatoes and cucumbers. Symptoms started 4 hours laterz  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

昨天（1 月 31 日）下午 2 点左右，我在 Subway 停了下来，订购了一个用小麦面包烤制的牛排和奶酪潜艇，配以 Colby Jack、芥末酱、生菜、洋葱、西红柿、香蕉辣椒和橄榄。昨晚我的肚子开始极度疼痛和腹胀。今天早上我仍然很痛苦，仍然非常臃肿。我整个早上都感到恶心，以为我要呕吐好几次了。然后，我开始在空调房间里大量出汗，突然之间我感冒了冷，这表明我发烧了。发烧和胃痛持续了一整天，但恶心在下午 1 点 30 分左右消退了。

1230 分吃了午餐。点一份带有 Mac 和奶酪的草饲汉堡。汉堡有奶酪番茄生菜和芥末酱。与同事分享了一个迷你熔化的蛋糕。直到下午 6 点才开始胃痛，那里我有腹泻和恶心。呕吐了两次，腹泻没有停止。最终腹泻了 15 次，又呕吐了 4 次。血压因脱水而下降，然后去了 ER 接受静脉注射液和药物。
