I ate lunch on 1-22-2020 at 1230 hours. I was sick from 1-22-2020, @1845 hours until 1-23-2020 @0700 hours. 36 hours total I missed work. I had chicken bowl x2 chicken with brown rice and tomatoes. Nothing else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Not sure At around 8:30 p.m. I ordered fried rice, chow mein and mixed veggies from there. I had a few bites of mixed veggies and chow mein but ate most of the fried rice. Got a large bowl, half brown rice half salad. Salad was moldy (was hungry and eating too fast and swallowed too quickly - otherwise would’ve spit it out) - tasted like fungus. Bloating within 5 hours and diarrhea and nausea within 9. Diarrhea ongoing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 腹胀
