I was feeling fine before eating a blackened salmon salad and club soda. By he time we left I felt gassy and bloated. 我在晚上 21 点订购了加苏打水的 Quick 芝士汉堡。几个小时后，我真的生病了，这是我订购的唯一一个不同于我所在团体的其他人的地方。（他们点了鸡肉和我的肉）
我真的很恶心，胃痛最严重。我因剧烈的疼痛被困在旅馆的床上，无法去任何地方。出汗和冻结。
我整晚都在呕吐 + 腹泻，这让我非常脱水。这毁了我两天的假期。
如果不是所有的药物和自我诱发的呕吐，那应该已经过了几天了。我真的觉得自己快要死了。我以前从来没有感觉过这么难过

Stomachache and vomiting started 30 mins after eating pizza (thin, medium) and some Cesar salad.

The symptoms up until now are not resolving, the cramps still hurt, cant do anything for them aside from motrin, bentyl, .. also soda helps too. Of you can get the Diet 7Up or Sprite
