Tuesday Dec 13th, ate at about 9pm,had fajita veggies, carnitas, barbacoa, medium salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream.
Around 2am my stomach started to feel uncomfortable, and about 3am the first diarrhea hit. First vomit was 5am. Went to sleep, woke up every 30-60min for more diarrhea. Fever… 更多

我在 2016 年 12 月 10 日下午 6 点左右订购了墨西哥卷饼碗。碗里有玉米饼、白米饭、黑豆、牛排、鸡肉、酸奶油、番茄、生菜和奶酪。在吃完它的 6 个小时内，我在半夜醒来时满头大汗，感觉很虚弱。我决定试着把它睡下来。但是当我早上 9 点左右再次醒来时。我吐了两次，仍然感觉虚弱，出汗很大，而且有 diahrea。

I ordered a veggie bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, guacamole, mild and green salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and ate it around 7:00 PM on 12/5/16. I vomited it all up at 12:30 AM on 12/6/16.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我在 12 月 1 日晚上 7 点左右吃了。我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有黑豆、糙米、温和热辣的莎莎酱、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。我的朋友也有同样的东西，但是吃了 sofritas 而不是鸡肉，也没有豆子。我回家睡了一个小时才在晚上 9 点 30 分醒来把整个东西都塞回去。在接下来的十二个小时里，每二十到三十分钟就是这样。现在是第二天了，我只是有一个疯狂的偏头痛和身体酸痛，有轻微的恶心。
